Mr. Bhattarai is the Director of this Organization since its establishment. He directs Documetary Films, Ad Films and Short Films. His First Short movie "Petrol" was awarded Best Film of the Year in Short Film Festa 2008, organized by Film Journalist association of Nepal. Since, the establishment of East Channel Mr. Bhattarai is working in the Educational Documentary Film for this organization actively as a writer, Editor and Director.

From his early age he was interested in Literature, Art and in Camera, he finally came into the field of camera in 2001 after completion of his study from Tribhuvan University in Major subject Culture his career found a new way in video graphy and a desire to be a successful cameraman.

While he introduced himself in the field of camera as an assistant cameraman he found it and his interest co-related. And after doing hard work he now finally succeeded himself to be a self dependent cameraman. Having experience of working in hundreds of Ad films and Feature films as being an assistant. Binod is currently working as a freelancer in Nepal Television, Kantipur Television, Tarai Television, and in different Channels, institutions and organizations.

Having acting as a hobby he sometime shows himself in Tele films and in different short movies. Binod is also giving his contribution as being a volunteer in programs of Nepal police, Kirateshor Sangeetashram and in different Social institutions.

Mr.Shrestha is the Senior Cinematographer of this Company since 2008 A.D. He had started his career as a still Photographer in India. He got lots of award in still Photography. Eastern India Photography award,FIP award in 1998 are some of the award that he was been awarded.He have worked with Mr.Binod Pradhan the Cinematographer in some Feature Films like"Kareeb" and Ad Films as an Assistant Cinematographer in India.

He had also worked with some Largest Production house of East India(INFOCOM) and had done some Bangladeshi Ad Films too. He was associated with other Ad fims makers Pravesh Pradhan, Amit Sen, A.K. Mitra, Amitabha Chaudhary in Bangladesh later.He had worked with some TV Programmes like :ETV Channel. Zee Bangala etc. His Ad film "2PM" was awarded with the First Kirti award as a Best Ad Film of the year in Nepal.He has done lots of Ad Films in Nepal since 1999. Recently he has done Nepali Feature Film "Mero Euta Sathi Cha" as a Cinematographer.
